4th ATAF International Conference on Tax in Africa under the Theme: Innovation-Digitalisation and Harnessing Technology to Improve Tax Systems 19-22 November 2019, Kampala, Uganda. This was organised against the backdrop of ATAF celebrating Ten Years of success in making Africans looking inwards by strenghtening domestic revenue mobilisation for financial independence. The delegation was headed by the GIRAV Board Chair Lucy Fye accompanied by Commissioner General Ynakuba Darboe, DCG/HoDT Essa Jallow among other Top and Senior Officials from the GIRAV and other stakeholders.
